Visibility settings

Control who can access your projects with three visibility levels.

Visibility levels

Private

Only you can access the project. Perfect for work-in-progress or personal projects.

  • Only visible to the project owner
  • Cannot be viewed by anyone else, even with the link
  • QR code and embed code are disabled
  • Does not appear in search results

Unlisted

Anyone with the link can view it, but it won't appear in public listings. Best for sharing with specific people.

  • Accessible to anyone who has the direct link
  • Does not appear in search results or public listings
  • QR code and embed code work normally
  • Good for client reviews or limited sharing

Public

Anyone can find and view your project. Ideal for marketing, portfolios, and content you want discovered.

  • Accessible to everyone
  • Can appear in search results and public listings
  • All sharing features enabled
  • May be indexed by search engines

Changing visibility

  1. Open your project in the editor
  2. Go to the Share tab in the sidebar
  3. Find the Visibility section
  4. Select your desired visibility level
  5. The change takes effect immediately

Important notes

Unlisted is not secure

Anyone who gets the link can share it further. If you need true privacy, use Private.

Visibility changes are instant

When you change visibility, it takes effect immediately. Existing links will follow the new rules.

Analytics work on all levels

View tracking works for Unlisted and Public projects. Private projects don't track external views.

Your project link

Every project has a unique URL that looks like:

https://i3dify.com/view/[project-id]

Copy this link from the Share tab to share your project. The link stays the same even if you change the project title or content.
