Visibility settings
Choose who can open your project: only your workspace, anyone with the link, or anyone at all.
Visibility levels
Private
Only your workspace can see it. Good for work in progress.
- The link does not open for anyone, you included: it shows a page not found
- Members of your workspace still see it and edit it in the dashboard
- The link, QR code, embed code, password and custom domain are turned off
- Never appears in search engines
Unlisted
Anyone with the link can open it, but search engines don't list it. Best for sharing with specific people.
- Opens for anyone who has the link
- Search engines are told not to index it, and it stays out of our sitemap
- The QR code, embed code, password and custom domain all work
- Good for client reviews or limited sharing
Public
Anyone can open it, and search engines may list it. Good for marketing, portfolios and work you want people to find.

- It is only indexed when it has no password and a real title: not "Untitled" or "test", not only digits, and at least 3 characters long
Changing visibility
- Open your project in the editor
- Go to the Share tab
- In the Visibility section, pick Private, Unlisted or Public
- Save the project. The link only follows the new setting after you save
Which should you choose?

Important notes
Unlisted is not secret
Anyone who gets the link can pass it on. If only certain people should see it, add password protection or keep the project Private.
Changes apply when you save
A new visibility reaches the link once you save the project. From then on, links you already shared follow the new setting.
Only Unlisted and Public views are counted
A Private project doesn't open for visitors, so it has no views to count. The Analytics page is on the Pro, Business and Enterprise plans.
Studio pieces and collections have their own setting
A Studio piece and a collection each have their own Private, Unlisted and Public setting, separate from the project's. A Private project never shows up inside a collection, even a public one.

Every project has its own address, like this:
Copy it from the Share tab. It stays the same when you change the title or the content.
