Your workspace is where all your projects live. Invite team members to collaborate and manage everything in one place.

What is a workspace?

A workspace is your organization's home in i3Dify. It contains:

All your projects (flipbooks, lanyards, etc.)
Team members and their permissions
Billing and subscription settings
Custom domains configuration
Workspace-level settings and branding

Creating a workspace

When you sign up, a workspace is automatically created for you. You can also create additional workspaces:

Click on your workspace name in the header
Select "Create New Workspace"
Enter a name for your workspace
The new workspace is ready to use

Use multiple workspaces to separate personal projects from business, or to organize different clients or brands.

Switching workspaces

If you're part of multiple workspaces:

Click on the workspace name in the header
See all workspaces you have access to
Click on any workspace to switch to it

Workspace dashboard

Your workspace dashboard gives you an overview of:

Projects

See all your projects, filter by type, and quickly access recent ones.

Usage stats

View project count, storage usage, and team member count against your plan limits.

Quick actions

Create new projects, invite team members, or access settings quickly.

Workspace roles

Team members can have different roles with varying permissions:

Owner

Full control over the workspace. Can manage billing, delete the workspace, and change any settings. Only one owner per workspace.

Admin

Can manage team members, projects, and most settings. Cannot change billing or delete the workspace.

Member

Can create, edit, and view projects. Cannot manage team members or workspace settings.
