Workspace & team

Your workspace holds your projects, Studio pieces and collections, and the people who work on them. On the Business plan and above you can invite team members.

What is a workspace?

A workspace is your organization's home in i3Dify. It contains:

Your projects, of every type
Your Studio pieces and your collections
Your chats with the AI assistant
The team members and their roles
The plan, the billing and the AI tokens

The workspace home: the AI assistant

Opening a workspace takes you to the AI assistant: a chat where you drop files and say what you want, with project-type cards to start from. Your project list is under Projects, the stats are under Analytics, and the meters are at the bottom of the sidebar.

The sidebar

Everything in a workspace is one click away:

AI assistant: the home of the workspace

Studio: the pieces you film from your projects
Collections & Sites: pages that group several projects under one link
Analytics: views, devices, countries and heatmaps
Team, Settings and Billing. Billing is shown only to the owner and admins

The bottom of the sidebar shows how many projects, how much storage and how many AI tokens your plan has left.

Creating a workspace

When you sign up, a workspace is created for you. To create another one:

Click the workspace name at the top of the sidebar
Select "New Workspace"
Enter a name and, if you like, a description
Create it, and the new workspace is ready to use

You can belong to only one free workspace. If you are already in one, that workspace has to move to a paid plan, or you have to leave it, before you can create another workspace.

Separate workspaces are a good way to keep clients or brands apart.

Switching workspaces

If you're part of more than one workspace:

Click the workspace name at the top of the sidebar
See every workspace you have access to
Click one to switch to it

The pin next to a workspace, "Open this one by default", makes it the workspace you land in.

Settings, Team and Billing

Three pages in the sidebar manage the workspace itself, and custom domains live with each project:

Settings

Workspace name and logo
Description and URL slug
Leave the workspace, or delete it

Team

Invite members and pick their role
Resend or cancel pending invitations
Change roles and remove members (owner only)

Billing

Current plan, with project and storage use
AI tokens left this month, and token packs
Upgrade or manage the subscription (owner only)

Custom domains

Connected per project or per collection, from its Share tab
On the Pro, Business and Enterprise plans
Set up and verified in that same Share tab

Admins can edit Settings and open Billing, but only the owner can change the plan or buy AI tokens. Members see Settings read-only and don't see Billing.

Workspace roles

A workspace has one owner, and everyone else is an Admin or a Member. The Team page lists what each role can do.

Leaving or deleting a workspace

Anyone except the owner can leave a workspace from Settings, by typing its name to confirm
Only the owner can delete a workspace, from Settings and by typing its name. It deletes all its projects, and an active subscription is cancelled at the end of the billing period
