Projects
A project is a single 3D experience you create in i3Dify, of any project type: a flipbook, a gallery, a mug and so on. Every plan can use every project type.
- Free: 3 projects total

If you downgrade and end up over your limit, your existing projects keep working and stay editable. You just cannot create new ones until you delete some or upgrade again.
Storage
Storage is used for images, PDFs, and other assets you upload to your projects.

Storage is shared across all your projects within a workspace. You can see your current usage on the Billing page and in the workspace sidebar.
Team members
Invite team members to collaborate on projects within your workspace.

Every member can view and edit all projects in the workspace. Roles control administration: owners and admins manage the workspace, and only the owner can change roles or remove people. Team members.
Custom domains
Host your projects and collections on your own domain instead of the default i3dify.com link.
- Free: Not available. Your projects are served from i3dify.com/view/your-project-id
- Pro & above: Connect your own domain (e.g., catalog.yourbrand.com)
Custom domains require DNS configuration. SSL certificates are automatically provisioned. Custom domains.
Analytics
Track views, engagement, and user interactions with your projects.
- Free: view count only, no analytics screen

AI tokens
The AI assistant, the chat on your dashboard and the AI tab in every editor, spends AI tokens. One token is a thousandth of a dollar of model cost, so a typical request to create a project uses one or two.

The monthly tokens reset at the start of each calendar month and do not carry over. If you run out, the workspace owner can buy packs of 2,000 tokens for $5 on the Billing page, and those keep until they are used. The sidebar shows how many are left. More in AI assistant.
Requests from MCP, the REST API and the CLI do not spend AI tokens. Every agent request, from those or from the chat, counts toward a monthly cap for the workspace: 300 on Free, 10,000 on Pro, 50,000 on Business and unlimited on Enterprise. More in Agents & API.
Remove branding (watermark)
Remove the "Made with i3Dify" watermark from your published projects.
- Free: i3Dify branding is shown on all published projects

Billing explained
Monthly vs annual billing
Paid plans are billed annually from the checkout. The monthly price is shown for comparison; if you need monthly billing, contact support.

Upgrading your plan
Upgrading takes you through a new checkout for the plan you picked. Your new features are available immediately after payment. If you already have an active subscription, use Manage billing to change or cancel it so you are not paying for two plans.
Downgrading your plan
When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You'll continue to have access to your current plan's features until then.
What happens to your content:
- - Existing projects are never deleted and stay editable, but you cannot create new ones while you are over your new limit
- - You cannot connect new custom domains on a plan that does not include them. Domains you already connected keep working, so remove them yourself if you no longer want them pointing at i3Dify
- - i3Dify branding reappears on Free plan
- - Analytics data is preserved but dashboard access is removed on Free
- - You cannot invite new members while you are over your new limit, but members who are already in the workspace keep their access
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan at the end of your billing cycle. Your projects and data are never deleted - you can always upgrade again to regain full access.
Payment methods
Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy. The checkout offers the methods Lemon Squeezy supports in your country, such as credit cards. Enterprise customers can ask about paying by invoice.
Frequently asked questions
Can I try before I upgrade?
Yes! Start with the Free plan to explore i3Dify and create your first project. When you need more projects, storage, or want to remove branding, upgrade anytime. No credit card required to start.
Do you offer refunds?
Annual plans can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Contact support at support@i3dify.com and we will process it. Monthly plans are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
The checkout sells annual plans: $24 a year for Pro and $48 a year for Business, which is a third less than paying monthly. If you need to pay monthly instead ($3 a month for Pro, $6 for Business), contact support at support@i3dify.com.
What if I exceed my storage limit?
Your storage meter turns amber in the sidebar and on the Billing page once you pass 80 percent of your limit. Once you reach the limit, you won't be able to upload new files until you either delete existing files or upgrade your plan. Your existing projects will continue to work normally.
Is there a limit on project views?
No! All plans include unlimited views for your published projects. There are no bandwidth or viewer limits - your projects can go viral without any additional costs.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or education?
Yes! We offer special pricing for registered non-profit organizations and educational institutions. Contact us at support@i3dify.com with proof of your organization's status.
Can I have multiple workspaces?
Yes, on a paid plan. Each workspace carries its own plan and is billed independently, which is useful for agencies managing multiple clients or teams with separate budgets. You can only have one Free workspace, so the first one has to be on a paid plan before you can open another.
