Projects
A project is a single 3D experience you create in i3Dify (Flipbook, Lanyard, or Gallery).
- Free: 3 projects total
- Pro & Business: Unlimited projects

If you downgrade and exceed your limit, existing projects become view-only until you delete some or upgrade again.
Storage
Storage is used for images, PDFs, and other assets you upload to your projects.

Storage is shared across all your projects within a workspace. You can see your current usage in the workspace settings.
Team members
Invite team members to collaborate on projects within your workspace.

Team members can view, edit, and manage projects based on their assigned roles. Team members.
Custom domains
Host your projects on your own domain instead of the default i3dify.com subdomain.

Monthly vs annual billing
You can choose to pay monthly or annually. Annual billing saves you 33% compared to monthly payments.

Upgrading your plan
When you upgrade, you'll be charged the prorated difference for the remaining time in your billing cycle. Your new features are available immediately after upgrading.
Downgrading your plan
When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You'll continue to have access to your current plan's features until then.
What happens to your content:
- - Projects beyond your new limit become view-only (not deleted)
- - Custom domains are disconnected if not included in your new plan
- - i3Dify branding reappears on Free plan
- - Analytics data is preserved but dashboard access is removed on Free
- - Team members beyond your new limit lose edit access
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan at the end of your billing cycle. Your projects and data are never deleted - you can always upgrade again to regain full access.
Payment methods
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. Payments are securely processed through LemonSqueezy. Enterprise customers can request invoice-based payment with NET-30 terms.
Frequently asked questions
Can I try before I upgrade?
Yes! Start with the Free plan to explore i3Dify and create your first project. When you need more projects, storage, or want to remove branding, upgrade anytime. No credit card required to start.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all paid subscriptions. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact support for a full refund. After 14 days, we don't offer prorated refunds, but you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes! You can switch from monthly to annual billing at any time to start saving 33%. Switching from annual to monthly will take effect at your next renewal date.
What if I exceed my storage limit?
You'll receive a notification when approaching your storage limit. Once you reach the limit, you won't be able to upload new files until you either delete existing files or upgrade your plan. Your existing projects will continue to work normally.
Is there a limit on project views?
No! All plans include unlimited views for your published projects. There are no bandwidth or viewer limits - your projects can go viral without any additional costs.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or education?
Yes! We offer special pricing for registered non-profit organizations and educational institutions. Contact us at support@i3dify.com with proof of your organization's status.
Can I have multiple workspaces?
Yes! You can create multiple workspaces, each with its own subscription. This is useful for agencies managing multiple clients or teams with separate budgets. Each workspace is billed independently.
