What is i3Dify?
i3Dify is a platform that transforms flat digital content (PDFs, images, documents) into immersive 3D interactive experiences. Create realistic 3D flipbooks with page-turning animations, interactive lanyards, and more—all without any coding or design skills.
Do I need to know 3D or coding?
No skills required. Simply upload your PDF or images, customize the settings, and we handle all the 3D rendering automatically. If you can drag and drop files, you can use i3Dify.
Is this real 3D or just fancy animations?
Real 3D with actual depth and movement. Our engine uses WebGL to render true 3D scenes with physics-based animations. Pages have thickness, cast shadows, and move realistically—not just 2D slideshow effects.
How fast does it load?
Under 3 seconds to fully interactive on modern connections. We optimize all assets and use progressive loading to ensure fast performance. Speed is built into our core architecture.
Features
What file formats can I upload?
We support PDF, JPG, PNG, and WebP files. PDFs are automatically split into individual pages. For flipbooks, you can upload multi-page PDFs or individual images. For lanyards, upload a single card image.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes, perfectly. Our experiences are fully responsive and work smoothly on modern phones and tablets. Touch controls feel natural—pinch to zoom, swipe to flip pages, tap to interact.
Can I add links and interactive elements?
Yes! Add interactive pointers (hotspots) to flipbook pages that can link to other pages, open URLs, show tooltips, or display modal content. The navigation dock can also include custom links and modals.
What is AI image generation?
For lanyard projects, you can describe the card design you want in plain text, and our AI will generate it for you. Great for creating professional-looking cards without design skills.
Can viewers download my content?
You control this. For flipbooks, you can enable or disable the download button. When enabled, viewers can download the original PDF. When disabled, they can only view it in the 3D viewer.
Sharing & access
How do I share my projects?
Every project gets a unique link you can share anywhere. You can also download a QR code for print materials, or get embed code to add it to your website.
What's the difference between Private, Unlisted, and Public?
Private: Only you can view. Unlisted: Anyone with the link can view, but it won't appear in public listings. Public: Anyone can find and view it, and it may be indexed by search engines.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on Pro and Enterprise plans. Connect your custom domain (like catalog.yourbrand.com) through DNS settings. SSL is included, and we handle the technical setup.
Can I embed on any website?
Yes, the embed code works on any platform that supports iframes—WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Shopify, and custom websites. Just paste the code where you want it to appear.
Pricing & plans
How does pricing work?
Free: 3 projects with i3Dify branding. Starter ($4/mo annual): 10 projects, remove branding. Pro ($8/mo annual): Unlimited projects, custom domains, analytics. Business ($16/mo annual): Team collaboration, API access. Enterprise: Custom pricing for organizations.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan lets you try all core features with up to 3 projects. No credit card required. You can upgrade to Pro anytime for additional features and unlimited projects.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of the billing period. We also offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for Pro subscriptions.
What happens to my projects if I downgrade?
Your projects remain accessible but may become view-only if you exceed the Free plan's limits. i3Dify branding will reappear, and custom domains will be disabled.
Technical
What browsers are supported?
All modern browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge. We recommend the latest versions for the best experience. Internet Explorer is not supported.
Is there a file size limit?
Individual files can be up to 50MB. Total storage depends on your plan: 100MB for Free, 2GB for Starter, 10GB for Pro, 25GB for Business, and custom limits for Enterprise.
Do you have an API?
API access is available on Enterprise plans. Use it to integrate i3Dify into your existing workflows, automate project creation, or build custom applications.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. We use secure cloud infrastructure, and you control who can access your projects through visibility settings.
Analytics
Do I get analytics to see who's engaging?
Yes! Track views, session duration, pages viewed, device types, geographic locations, and referral sources. Free plans get basic stats; Pro and Enterprise get advanced analytics with longer data retention.
How is data tracked?
We use privacy-friendly analytics that don't require cookies for tracking. Data is aggregated and anonymized. We don't track individual users or sell data to third parties.
