Team management
Collaborate with your team by inviting members to your workspace. Assign roles to control what each person can do.
Inviting team members
- Go to workspace settings - Click the settings icon or find "Team" in your workspace menu
- Click "Invite member"
- Enter their email address
- Select a role (Admin or Member)
- Send the invitation
The invited person will receive an email with a link to join your workspace. They'll need to create an i3Dify account if they don't have one.

Best practices
- 1
Use the minimum necessary role
Give team members only the permissions they need. Start with Member and upgrade to Admin if necessary.
- 2
Keep at least two Admins
Having backup administrators ensures someone can manage the workspace if the owner is unavailable.
- 3
Review access regularly
Periodically check who has access and remove members who no longer need it.
- 4
Use descriptive project names
Help team members find what they need with clear, consistent naming conventions.
