Team and roles
Invite people to your workspace and decide what each one can do. Team members are available on the Business plan and above.
Inviting team members
- Open Team in the workspace sidebar
- Click "Invite member"
- Enter their email address
- Pick a role, Admin or Member
- Click "Send Invitation"
The invited person gets an email with a link to join. If they don't have an i3Dify account yet, they create one first. An invitation expires after 7 days.
Only the owner and admins can invite people and see pending invitations.

Each workspace has one owner, and there is no way to hand ownership to someone else.
Managing team members
Only the owner can change roles and remove people, from the menu next to each member on the Team page.
Changing a role
- Open Team in the sidebar
- Find the member in the list
- Open the menu next to their name
- Pick "Make Admin" or "Make Member"
Removing a member
- Open Team in the sidebar
- Open the menu next to the member
- Pick "Remove" and confirm
They lose access to the workspace and its projects right away. The projects stay in the workspace.
Pending invitations
Invitations nobody has accepted yet are listed under Pending Invitations, with the date they expire. From the menu next to each one you can resend it, which gives it 7 more days, or cancel it. After a resend you have to wait a moment before sending it again.
Leaving a workspace
Admins and members can leave a workspace from Settings. The owner can't leave, only delete the workspace.
Team size by plan
The limit counts the people already in the workspace, the owner included. Pending invitations don't count. Once the workspace is full, the invite button says "Team limit reached".

Start with Member
Give people the role they need. Make someone an Admin when they have to invite others or edit the workspace settings.

Remove people who no longer need the workspace.
