FAQ

Questions about the product catalog template

Can hotspots link directly to product pages?

Yes. Each hotspot accepts any URL. Most catalog operators link to the PDP for each product. You can also link to a checkout-with-product-preselected URL for one-tap purchase.

Does it integrate with Shopify cart?

Not natively yet. Pointers link out to your Shopify PDPs which handle the cart. No JS bridge to drop products in cart from inside the viewer (on roadmap).
