1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using i3Dify ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

These terms apply to all users, including visitors, free users, and paid subscribers.

2. Description of service

i3Dify is a platform that allows users to create interactive 3D experiences from static content, including but not limited to:

Interactive 3D flipbooks from PDFs and images
Digital lanyards with AI-generated imagery
Embeddable 3D content for websites
Analytics and tracking for created content

3. Account registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information during registration
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription plans and payments

i3Dify offers various subscription plans:

Free Plan: Limited features with i3Dify branding
Pro Plan: Enhanced features, custom domains, no branding
Team Plan: All Pro features plus team collaboration

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

Refunds may be requested within 14 days of purchase for annual plans. Monthly plans are non-refundable but can be cancelled at any time.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Upload, share, or distribute illegal content
Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Use the Service for spam or unsolicited communications
Create content that is defamatory, obscene, or promotes violence
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Content ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to i3Dify. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to:

Store and process your content to provide the Service
Display your content to viewers you authorize
Create thumbnails and previews of your content

We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for purposes other than providing the Service. See our Copyright Policy for more details.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by i3Dify and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute our software or technology
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
Use our trademarks without written permission

8. Service availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for:

Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice when possible)
Emergency repairs or security updates
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

Violate these Terms of Service
Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
Fail to pay subscription fees when due

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days to allow for data export, after which it may be deleted.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, i3Dify shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
Service interruptions or errors
Actions of third parties or other users

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless i3Dify, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which i3Dify operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
