1. Your content, your rights
You own everything you upload. When you upload content to i3Dify (PDFs, images, documents), you retain full ownership of that content. We do not claim any ownership rights over your materials.
By uploading content, you represent and warrant that you have the right to use, distribute, and display that content, and that it does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
2. License you grant us
To provide our Service, you grant i3Dify a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
- Store: Keep your content on our servers
- Process: Convert your content into 3D interactive experiences
- Display: Show your content to viewers you authorize
- Create Derivatives: Generate thumbnails, previews, and optimized versions
- Distribute: Deliver your content to viewers via our CDN
This license is limited to providing the Service. We will not:
- Use your content for advertising without your permission
- Sell your content to third parties
- Use your content to train AI models
- Share your content publicly unless you enable public access
3. What happens to your content
3.1 When you upload
Your uploaded files are:
- Stored securely on our cloud infrastructure
- Processed to create the interactive 3D experience
- Kept private by default (only you can see them)
- Backed up for redundancy
3.2 When you publish
When you make a project public or share a link:
- Your content becomes viewable by anyone with access
- Content is delivered via CDN for fast global access
- Viewers may be able to take screenshots (we cannot prevent this)
- You control who can access via visibility settings
3.3 When you delete
When you delete content:
- It is removed from active servers immediately
- CDN caches are purged within 24 hours
- Backups are deleted within 30 days
- Analytics data is anonymized and retained separately
4. AI-generated content
i3Dify offers AI-powered features (such as AI-generated images for lanyards). For AI-generated content:
- You own the output: AI-generated images created for your projects are yours to use
- Commercial use allowed: You may use AI-generated content commercially
- No exclusivity: Similar outputs may be generated for other users with similar prompts
- Provider terms apply: AI generation is subject to our AI provider's acceptable use policies
You must not use AI features to generate content that violates our Terms of Service, including illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
5. Prohibited content
You may not upload or create content that:
- Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
- Contains unauthorized use of copyrighted music, images, or videos
- Includes pirated software, books, or other materials
- Uses someone's likeness without permission
- Contains content you don't have the right to distribute
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations
6. DMCA and copyright infringement
i3Dify respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on i3Dify infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice.
6.1 Filing a DMCA notice
Send a written notice to our designated agent with:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the infringing material and its location (URL)
- Your contact information (address, phone, email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
6.2 DMCA agent

6.3 Counter-notification
If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may file a counter-notification with the same information plus a statement consenting to jurisdiction. We will restore the content within 10-14 business days unless the complainant files legal action.
7. Repeat infringer policy
We maintain a repeat infringer policy. Users who repeatedly upload infringing content may have their accounts suspended or terminated. We track:
- Valid DMCA takedown notices received
- Pattern of infringing behavior
- Failed counter-notifications
8. Embedding and sharing
When you enable embedding or sharing:
- Embed codes: Others can embed your content on their websites. You control this setting.
- Direct links: Anyone with the link can view (for unlisted content)
- Public content: May appear in search results and be indexed
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to distribute content you make public or embeddable.
9. i3Dify intellectual property
The i3Dify platform, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by i3Dify and protected by intellectual property laws.
- The i3Dify name, logo, and branding are our trademarks
- Our 3D rendering engine and technology are proprietary
- You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our platform
- Free plan projects include i3Dify branding; paid plans allow removal
10. Third-party content
Our Service may include integrations with third-party services. Content from these services is subject to their respective terms and licenses. We are not responsible for third-party content or intellectual property claims related to such content.

12. Changes to this policy
